Horrible Experience

2 weeks after the car was purchased, timing belt snapped. Mehanic found 2 of the tension pulls bypassed, one was complete gone and the other was broken. Yet then he took the cover off NO parts or pieces were in the incasement. When the Mechanic started the car up, he noticed the exhasut fumes coming from under neath the car. When the exhaust was hook back up to the engine the gasket was not put back on, causing... view more a leak of carbon monoxide in to the car. Very Dangerous! To top off this terriffic or should I say horriffic transaction. When we went to pick up the license plate, We found it had been given to another customer! A plate registered to me was on someone else`s car! Car is sitting in the drive as the paper plate is now expired! Call the business to try to resolve the issues only to be told of call back to be made to me...along the "plate will be in the mail" None of which has happened. Needless to say, I would NEVER recomment Joe Bush Auto. If there were a negative star rating that is what I would give them.
