I SPENT 4 MONTHS TRYING TO GET SOME SATISFACTION ABOUT A WARRENTY ISSUE ON WORK TOTAL GEAR DID FOR MY SHOP. THE OWNER WOULD NOT EVEN TALK TO ME. JUST USED HIS EMPLOYEES TO RELAY MESSAGES, IF I COULD EVEN GET THAT. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY USE SOMEONE ELSE WHO MIGHT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS ENOUGH TO RETURN THEIR CALLS.
