VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I went in for an oil change and the Goodyear rep. agreed to do the oil change for $19.99. When I received the invoice the total was $26.08!! He was very rude to me and said that they have the best price on oil changes around, go ahead and take your buisness somewhere else. THEY TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF. DO NOT DO BUISNESS THERE!

NOT honest,trustworthy or fair

BEWARE!! IT`S A SET UP. My sister had been going to this shop for a while and thought this Darin guy was honest, trustworthy and fair. On 01/14/2011 her daughter was having trouble shifting her 5 speed civic so they brought it to Darin. He told her the car needed a complete clutch replacement as well as all new parts in the transmission. Obviously he didn`t think anyone else would be looking but when I heard he wante... view mored her to give him $2395.00 to fix the car I insisted she let me take it to Darwins Transmission & Auto Repair. He drove it around the block and said he thought it was nothing more than the linkage. Close! Turns out he had to order a kit to replace some parts at the base of the shifter and ""good as new""! Total $250.00.
