worst service ever

I took my car to pepboys to have my brakes service and I spent five (5) hours there and my brakes still were not serviced, my car was never brought around, never put on the lift, and never looked at period if I had stayed any longer I would have been there eight (8)+ hours and that is ridiculous, I recommend that if you need work done to your car don`t take your car to them, I will never, ever go back to them nor wil... view morel I ever recommend them to anyone
