PEOPLE PLEEEEEASE STAY AWAY FROM KAR SMART . IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY JUST LISTEN TO TONY SPEARS. all what I got is BS and fake promises and lies. my worse experience in business ever I bought an X5 on eBay FOR $12,400.00. the way he made it sound it was the best car on eBay and I was so lucky to own it. because a multimillion dollar horse ranch owner WHO use to own in KY BEFORE ME....SO WHAT? so I`m su... view moreppose to be blesses? or richer??? STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY CAN SWEAT TALK YOU TO BELIEVE ANYTHING. TO GET THE DEAL DONE. AFTER WORDS THEY WILL NOT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE OR ANSWER YOU. AND IF THEY DO YOU WILL SEE HOW RUDE THEY ARE. I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR AFTER I WIRED THE MONEY IN FULL.(((BIG mistake I KNOW)) THE PANORAMA SUNROOF WAS BROKE, LEATHER RIPPED, STAIN ON REAR LEATHER. SUN VISOR BROKE. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. TONY promised to fix the problems and ship the SUV to New Jersey for free. IN TRADE OF MY AIRLINE TICKET BACK. I FLEW BACK WITH OUT THE TRUCK (MY SECOND MISTAKE) it took him 2 days to fix the problems according to Tony and one month to ship it. and when the car came of course no documents what so ever SO I CANT DRIVE IT...and the check engine light still ON. sunroof STILL doesn`t work and guess what the front suspension is shot and the suspension light is on now. I tried to call for days finely Tony and his Mom tell me you bought the car ``as is`` don`t you remember you singed the as is agreement? and we are done with you and you are stuck with the truck (they said). after I filed a complaint, only yesterday 45 days later they over night the documents by UPS but I`m stuck with over $3000 worth of repairs. My advise to you to take your business some where else and I`m sure there are more honest businesses who would love to give you your money worth. I filed a complaint with eBay and I will file in BBB and consumer affairs and the local authorities.

Jim runs an honest business! my wife and I purchased a 2005 Honda Pilot in 2008 from Jim at Kar Smart for our expanding family (3 small children). We also elected to purchase a 3rd party warranty at time of sale. The vehicle served us well for many miles. After 4yrs of trips to the beach and around town we had put 65000 miles on the car. We had maintained it as specified but the transmission began having prob... view morelems (stuff happens...mechanical things sometimes break). We took the vehicle to the honda dealer who after running many tests stated the transmission needed replacement to the tune of $5000. We thought thats a bummer but that`s why you buy a warranty right? So we gave our warranty paperwork to honda who attempted several times to get in touch with the company with no success. We soon found out this was due to the warranty company going out of business. Great!! Now we have no warranty, a car with a bunk transmission and no way to transport our family!! Not to mention we certainly dont have $5000 laying around for car repairs (we have three kids remember). With nowhere else to turn we paid a visit to Kar Smart and Jim to plead our case. He patiently listened and looked over all the paperwork. He then said "You guys did the right thing buying a warranty...Im sorry the company went out of business but here`s what i will do for you...I am going to honor the warranty you purchased and have the car repaired by my people at no cost to you." We couldn`t believe what we were hearing. This man had no obligation to fix our car. The warranty we purchased wasnt his warranty. It was third party and he had no control over the company going out of business. My wife then asked what do we do about getting around while the car is in the shop? He replied I will give you something off the lot thats big enough for your family in the meantime. We drove around the loaner (toyota sequioa) for a week while our honda pilot was repaired. After repair we have driven the pilot for about 1000 miles and all is well. The car drives great! Talk about honesty and integrity! We will certainly return with our business. You do not find customer service like this anywhere anymore. These people truly want to earn your business and stand behind their products!! Thank You To Jim and Kar Smart!!!!!!!!!!

I strongly discourage purchasing a vehicle from this car lot. My wife and I bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey from Kar Smart only to have the transmission give out 2 weeks later. The car fax was clean, but our certified Honda mechanic was able to tell that it had been in at least one wreck and that the passenger door had been replaced. When I asked Tony about it later, he was extremely rude on the phone. Also, two mont... view morehs later, we still had not yet received the tag, title, and registration. If you want a positive experience, steer clear of Kar Smart.

Bought a excellent Audi from Tony this weekend. Its not your typical car dealership. No attitude, no pressure, no prolonged haggling. Would buy again from this dealership preferentially.

I wasted an entire day with this place. The guy who I worked with, Todd, was standoffish and manipulative. He tried to hide every flaw of the cars we looked. When he did have to admit something was wrong with the car, he tried to explain it away. STAY AWAY! They will try to manipulate or bully you into a sale. I wish I had read earlier reviews so that I wouldn`t have wasted so much time and effort.

Don`t buy a car from this place! They were more concerned about a basketball game then selling cars. First impression walking in the door there was stuff everywhere packed to the roof,and no one was wanting to help us. Went out and walked around the car for a little bit till some one came out. The older sales man played it off like it was going to be a couple dollars to repair. Upon working on a price they would only come down $500 on a car they had over priced by $3000. Glad I did not get that car, but wish I had not drove 1.5 hours for that.

This place will sell you a car with a" lemon law/manufacturer buy-back " title and NOT disclose it. I purchased a 745i BMW here and later found out from another dealer through the Carfax this was the case. Salesman was Todd Spears.
