wiper and starting fiasco

Asked how much it would be to replace ignition switch and was told 189.00 after it didn`t work they said"you can come get your car (which didn`t run)or sign a blank check for trouble shooting"...after all that ,it was a wire that was loose. During this time of the car being worked on I asked how much to fix the windshield Wiper.After two days the woman calls and tells me $274.00,200 .00 for the part 74.00 f... view moreor labor. I looked online and and the was the part for $56 at 20 different places. I asked about that and she said they just call a junkyard and use whatever they get and pay that price... Why would you use used parts and why pay four times as much? I am sorry to say its places like this that give garages bad names. Beware.
