Dropped my car off at 11:30am ...

Dropped my car off at 11:30am for a wheel bearing replacement. I was told the part was in stock and after a lunch break they would get started on it and it should be ready about 3pm. At 3pm I called back and was told the part had just arrived and they were about to start on it... I should call back at 4:30pm and if it wasn`t done by then it would be the next day.
