Dissatisfied Patriot Tire sounds like a place that would be versed in tire jobs, but I beg to differ. I suggest only taking your vehicle here if you are ok with it possibly being used for training purposes. For the price I paid, I should have had expert technicians working on my vehicle! I should have taken pictures of my wheels prior to having work performed there. I left the shop with additional scratches o... view moren my rims. Also, if you bother calling ahead and asking Patriot Tire for a COMPLETED JOB PRICE , check your invoice for inaccurate pricing. I was charged more money because they decided to increase the tire price and add on shop supplies. Thankfully I did get back the difference, but with a bunch of excuses and a major headache! To be fair and ethical, when a prospective customer calls asking for a `completed job price`, all pricing elements for the job should be disclosed at that time.

VERY IMPRESSED

I visited the Patriot Tire and Automotive in Middletown and must say I am VERY, VERY impressed! I usually go to Ken Towerys to have all my work done but after a high quote on a job I figured I would do some price checking and I`m glad I did. I spoke with Josh Charlet who explained everything to me to where I could understand it, unlike the other places who just basically just gave me prices and told me I had to have ... view moreit done. Not only that, he found another problem that they missed when they looked at my BMW. Long story short.. The pricing was about the same however I ended up paying 300.00 more than the original quote from the other shop due to the extra repairs. I am so happy with the professional service I received I will return to see Josh in the future regardless of the price due to the way I was treated and the great job they did. A++++ HIGHLY RECOMEND
