Window tint and audio install

I went to Discount Audio for window tinting on my Mercedes. They promptly got my car in and while I was waiting, I was looking at audio receivers. They hooked me up with an excellent deal on a receiver. The tinting was superb and Joe installed my audio receiver and did a tremendous job. When Joe went to install my receiver, my Mercedes had a factory amp that powered my Bose subwoofer. The factory amp had a fiber opti... view morec hookup that wouldn`t work with my new receiver, but Joe took care of me with a new amp. Joe stuck to his intial quote he gave me before seeing the factory snafu. These guys are great and I will take any other vehicle here. I highly recommend Discount Audio, they truly take care of the customer. All I can say is thank you, my system rocks better than before and the window tinting is superb. No gaps or air bubbles.

Worst Window Tint

I made an apointment to have my windows tinted on my new vehicle. I was told that my car would be done in about three hours. I was called in about a hour that my car was ready. I picked my car up and noted a few problems. I was told that the problems should fix their self within three weeks. This did not happen and I took my car back. I was told that there could not be anything done about the air bubbles in the tint,... view more that it was caused by dust. I also mentioned that the trim around my windows was cut. I was told that this would be fixed. This was fixed by cutting it more. The corners and edges of the tint are jagged and not straight. I went there to help support local business and because I drove past the place often. I will take my car back again in another three weeks and see if anything will be corrected. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I was not treated professionally and the job performance was sloppy.
