Very friendly, professional, honest, and timely! I looked online before deciding where to go. Since I`m a single woman I was trying to minimize the probability that I would be taken advantage of. The associate made sure he called me every step of the way and offered me options that would save me money instead of giving me the most expensive options. I will be returning for future needs.

Before coming to Harris, I went to another tire place, stood there for 10 minutes, and never got asked what I needed or how I could be helped, so I walked out. Came here and had the opposite happen; more than one person asking if I had already been helped. That`s really what matters to me.

Thankfully, I`ve never had any major repairs needed on my car but coming here for an oil change isn`t a hassle at all. They`re quick and do a great job.

They know what they`re doing. Don`t pay someone who doesn`t, to go fishing around at $100/hr (your local dealer). Take it to Harris and have it fixed right the 1st time quickly and economically. I surely would never take my Honda anywhere else.

When I telephoned earlier today to see of they still had my Bridgestone tire, I was very pleased to hear that they did. I was pleased with my telephone conversation. When I went into the store, I was impressed with the gentleman that waited on me. I will be back, if I need tires again.

I think that Harris Tire & Automotive Services went above and beyond when they helped me. They have superior customer and top notch selection. I was having trouble knowing which tire was a best fit for my car and they were able to help me by picking out the correct one that I needed.

Not only did you change my flat tire and put the spare on for "free" but once I arrived at the shop you immediately mounted a new tire on my car and I was out of there in minutes. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
