Reviews:

I`ve never been to Z imports but I found a car I liked and figured I`d do some research. While the reviews on this and other sites are often 5 stars, they are clearly sham reviews that the dealership has paid for. For example, in the older reviews, "Julietheshopper" and "MarianJL" have reviewed the exact same businesses (Z imports, Bolt`s, Indy Auto Brokers, Bryant, etc.) and given them all 5 stars. They, and ot... view moreher fake reviewers, have posted identical reviews on many other sites (including CitySearch, Kudzu, etc.). These companies are clearly paying for or creating false reviews. Further, "Danieldandan" has a post on this site and Kudzu. His Kudzu post was made on 5/26/2011, which was the same day he gave 5 stars to Indy Auto Brokers (he claims to have bought cars from both dealers on the same day). I wouldn`t trust any reviews except the negative ones. It appears that every single 5-star review on here was created by Z imports. I`m clearly not going to go to this dealership.

I called this guy up about an ...

I called this guy up about an Audi A8 L that he had on his lot. He answered the phone like I was bothering him from the start. I asked about the car and he replied with, "It`s a car, you want to buy it and stop wasting my time?" Shocked, I just laughed and asked him why the price was so great. He says, "If the price is so great stop making smart comments, wasting my time, and come F***ing buy the c... view morear." I would NEVER do business with someone who is this rude.

So I bought a Nissan frontier ...

So I bought a Nissan frontier off of them, love the truck. But when i bought the truck they told me they replaced the front brakes, well when they did so they never tightened the lug nuts! So one day after my purchase i was running 65 mph down the interstate when all of a sudden my whole wheel and tire fell off! luckily nobody was hurt. it cost me an extra $200 to fix the truck for the new lugnuts and lower ball join... view moret that was ground down from the impact and sliding down the highway. I call them explaining what happened and they argued for a while with me about it, finally he said he would send me $50 for my trouble, i thought WTF! but whatever. Figured it was better than nothing, but 3 weeks later am yet to see the check in the mail like he promised! since then i have had to replace a battery and found a lot of things that have been spray painted on the truck! Very displeased with the salesmen and the lies, never buy from here unless you want ripped off!

Nicest dealer I have been to in a long time. The salesman I dealt with was professional and really knew his inventory. Particularly the car I was looking at purchasing. They offered a great deal along with their good service. I will go back when my daughter turns 16 and we need to buy a car for her.

Great Experience

Great experience. Everyone I dealt with was nice but maintained their professionalism. Most importantly, I am so happy with the car!!!! They gave me a great deal and didn`t pressure me at all. I recommend making a stop at Z Imports if you are looking for good customer service.

Great Dealer!

I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased from Z-Imports. Everything is going great with the car so far, and the staff was great! The salesman that helped me went as far as to follow up with me a week after I made the purchase to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommended to the car shoppers of Indianapolis.
