baad customer satisfaction!

Took my vehicle in for a routine spark plug change. was charged twice as much for the parts as they were worth and when i questioned the owner about this, i was told to not bring my car back there if i didn`t like how he ran his business. He also screwed in my 6th plug at an angle and only partway in, claiming it was already crossthreaded, but i havent` had any work done on my spark plugs since ive had the vehicle. ... view moreLuckily I had a friend to rework my threads. the owner of this shop told me i should get rid of my car while it still ran before my spark plug blew and that i needed a whole new cylinder head. I think this was above his head and he tried to cover up his mistake insead of owning up to it, then yelled at his paying customer when he was questioned about it. Absolutely not a way to earn more business.
