I witnessed a true professional from E & R towing. We live in a cul-de-sac. He back down the street with three cars on his tow truck, and he had to go uphill in an ice covered driveway and pull the car out of the garage from a perpendicular angle that had a locked up steering wheel. No wasted moves. A+ efficiency rating. Friendly and professional. I was impressed. Thank you, Chuck. Five Stars.

I called E & R "Chicago`s leading towing service" and was told a truck would be there in a hour.and they responded very quick driver was safe and respectful.. highly recommend E&R

Make sure you have another tow...

Make sure you have another tow company number in your wallet, I was disabled with my vehicle at Roosevelt and Jefferson and I called E & R "Chicago`s leading towing service" and was told a truck would be there in a hour. One hour and fifteen minutes later a dispatcher called and said "I`ve got some bad news we can`t have a truck there for at least another hour, I have no one in there area" Wh... view morey not just say we can`t to begin with... Called another service had a truck in 40 mins. E & R Sucks.....
