I`ll go elsewhere

I bought a 2007 Kia Sorento from this dealership. I like the vehicle, but the service dept. leaves a lot to be desired. One of the rear doors closes much harder than it should. If you don`t slam it, it may not shut completely and consequently leaves the light on, running the battery down. This happened too me twice. Thomas Kia service department`s answer...There`s nothing wrong with that door!
