Incompetent Mechanics

Bringing my car to Lukasz Automotive was one of the worst decisions I`ve ever made. I brought in my car to get the A/C fixed and they were originally supposed to have my car for one day, which turned into 6 days. While trying to replace the ONE part, they broke an additional 2 parts and charged me. Then called me and told me my car was ready on the 6th day, and after I paid the $1200, found out as I was driving it... view more out of the parking lot that it wasn`t even fixed and HEAT was blowing out! They lied to me, had terrible customer service and avoided telling me what was going on each day they had it. They also scratched up my dashboard during their sloppy repair job and got orange rust marks all over my carpeting. I then had to bring it in somewhere else and pay an additional $1,000 for them to fix all of the mistakes Lukasz had made (breaking another part that was fine before I brought it to them breaking a bunch of cables and gluing them back together.) So yes, I would recommend them if you`d like terrible service by incompetent mechanics that have no clue what they`re doing. Their shady business they have going is a joke. Sorry Eric Lukasz (the owner), but I`m not sure how you guys are even in business?? take my advice everyone, DO NOT GO THERE!
