Watch out here there a real crafty place . There service guys are always changing every 6 months . Most be a real problem with there owners. There always act like they work for ford motor and forget that somtimes ford is wrong and customer has a valid complaint . They will not help when there isnt any money it it for them. carp cars and carp staff

stay away from zimmerman ford. the staff is vary unprofessional. they like to say one thing, than do something different. james in finance likes to to say one thing, and the next say he never said that, and also likes to hang up on you on the phone. i will never buy a ford again because for james in finance and the unprofessional service at zimmerman ford in st. charles, il. crapy people = crapy service
