I`ve had bad service before and have encountered with this NTB once or twice but nothing to the magnitude as of today!This morning I simply called for a price on a tire for my car,1gentleman answered the phone,passed the call to a 2nd guy and the 2nd guy proceeded to ask my name and number an that he would call me back?! So I`ll be going to NTB on 133RD and Cicero! #Actmoreproffessional

Tire Buying Experience

This place has excellent customer service. The guys were very courteous and gave me the best offers and advice about my vehicle. I felt comfortable with the price I paid and options that were presented to me. For once I didn`t feel like I was being ripped off and told I needed additional services because I was a woman with no knowledge of buying tires.
