Brought a car in with very spe...

Brought a car in with very specific details about the type of work that was needed. Spoke with owner and mechanic who agreed they understood what needed to be done. Told to bring in the next day, then when I arrived was told they did not have enough time. Brought it in the following day and found out that they charged for something that was not authorized on the work slip. Talked to the Shop Manager Chuck who w... view moreas defensive when confronted with the problems. He was not honest in what had been discussed and abrasive to say the least. I will no longer use this shop as it is a long distance away and they charge way too much for simple things compared to other shops
