I also bought a car back in feb. 2011. It was a 2004 mercury moutaineer when we bought it ran great untill that nite, when getting on the freeway the check engine light came on to service the transmission. We called them and supposely took it to twinfalls to have the transmission service. After getting it back it ran ok for about 4 miles untill the check transmission light came on again. Then again they took it to tw... view moreinfalls so as they say and got it fixed. The light did not come back on untill now it is now 2012 and have owned the car for a year. It now sits in my driveway with a blown transmission and I still owe $6,.800.00 on it...I say never go to them they are not honest people in any such way!

I would not buy a car from smartt cars if it was the last dealership in Idaho! We bought our dodge durango and twice we were back in trying to get it fixed with in a month of having the car. we still have many issues with it and they didn`t fix it EVER.. They just hid the problem so it would run for a week before causing us more problems. the first tiem they didnd`t charge us the 2nd time they charged us for every... view morething. Doesn`t IDaho have a Lemon Law!! I was so upset and I will not buy another one from this outfit or recommend people We actually made sure to tell all our friends and family members not to purchase a vehical from them!
