My brother called for a used starter that I needed for my car. The next day I picked up the starter they sold to me for $42.50. It turns out the starter was for the wrong car. My brother returned it for the correct one. He tried to replace my old starter but ran into difficulty. I decided to return the item and have a shop replace my starter. When I got there to return it, the cashier told me that he would have to t... view moreake 20% off my refund. He said it was for going back and finding the item. I have never heard of this before. I started to get angry and I told him about driving all the way there and that they gave me the wrong part to begin with. He said it was my fault because I picked up the wrong starter. He told me there were two in front of me. There were not. Then the manager or whoever agreed with this cashier. There were four men at the counter. I was getting irrate because of the injustice. This woman, whether she was a customer or not, made her snide comments which made me angrier. Nobody in that place would help me. I did get my full refund but also ended up having to go to the emergency room because of severe anxiety. I will never trust Barger Mattson again.
