What a bummer...

Several years ago (2009) we had a great experience with Appleway collision, which is why they are not getting one star. However, this time, things were not a smooth. I did not hear from anyone unless there was a problem (and there were several). I had to make numerous and time consuming calls to get the needed repairs and parts for our vehicle. (They ""tried, but weren`t successful""). Then at last (24 days afte... view morer the accident occurred) the car had dents in the hood from the accident and the cracked windshield was NOT replaced. Needless to say, we took the car back, and now it has been another 3 days. I am not thrilled about this shop. It almost seems like they are directly working for the insurance companies rather than their customers.

Appleway Collision Worst Customer Service

I took my car there thinking I would get fixed and get good customer service. Instead my car has been back twice now to try and be fixed and it is not getting fixed right. Every time I go to pick it up I have new scratches and dents in my car. The guy talks to my husband as if he was stupid. We have had nothing but bad customer service.
