Best buying experience

Our experience with Parker was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I find buying a new vehicle one of the things I dread most and when we walked in I was immediately put at ease. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. They were so easy to work with and negotiations were simple and painless. I couldn`t be happier.

I cannot believe the type of d...

I cannot believe the type of dealership this place is. After days of discussion and negotiating regarding a used car they had, a deal had been struck. The salesman said we could hold the car for $500 and we were willing to do that. Unfortunately the Sales Manager told him they don`t do that sort of thing. They didn`t want to take the car off the lot. I gues that should have been our first red flag. After the fi... view morenal negotiation of them paying the $104 fee, we told him we were on our way...it would be a 6-7 hour drive and we would be there between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. We were about 2 hours away from the dealership when we recei ved a call from the salesman indicating that someone was buying the car right now...the exact one we had already negoitated a sales price on. Needless to say we were totally flabbergasted...could not believe that they sold the car to someone else. The excuse was they have to sell it on a first come first serve basis...he said it was the law...total BS!! They didn`t even pay more than we were willing to pay. How the heckl would ANYONE then be able to buy a car except from a local dealer?? If you had to travel any distance to purchase the auto, and they would not let you put a deposit down how are you suppose to complete a transaction? Buy it sight unseen? Can not believe that this dealership does business like this. To sell a car to someone else after negotiating a final price to someone else and verbally accepting the deal over the phone is just downright horrible customer service and as far as I`m concerned should be illegal.
