Don`t go!
The owner is arrogant and rude. He used to own the other car place in Bremen that went out of business probably because of him. DONN`T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS GET YOUR DOWN PAYMENT, REPO YOUR CAR, AND RESALE IT. Go to another more personable dealership that will work with you long term. The owner just wants to get richer off of you
