Awesome place to buy a car
This is the 3rd car I have ever bought and by far the greatest. I walked in and was greeted by the nicest salesman I have ever met. I believe his name is Austin Masters. I would refer him to anyone! He was professional, nice, and just an all around friendly person. They also have the best deals other dealerships won`t even touch. I will definitely be buying my next car from him!

Bad Customer service Point Blank period
my 2007 dodge durango had a fuel tank recall which lead to the gas cap and engine light coming on after i put gas in my truck so i take it over to landmark to get it fixed which was 3weeks ago how about they never ordered the part for my truck which has been on back stock for 3mos now! i have made tons and tons of calls to them even left a msg on the supervisor voicemail still no responds im to the point now that i d... view moreont even want them to fix it i will just take it to my own machanic that will get it donre in a timely matter....i would never bring my truck back there again

Will not service older Dodges.
Don`t even bother asking. Also - they do NOT return calls. They do not answer calls. They do not return emails. (yes, all during business hours) It took me DAYS to find someone with the common decency to say they wouldn`t work on my Dodge. This was my first - and last - experience with them.

Landmark Dodge of Morrow, GA, SUCKS!!!!My husband and I purchased a Jeep Patriot with them last week - this would be our 2nd car purchased with them. All fine until we received a call from the sales manager, Russ, advising the ""deal"" did not go through... Seriously??? After signing the papers, etc??? We went back yesterday and from a $380 payment they want us to pay over $200 more each month - they said the bank ""... view moredid not approve"" WE HAVE A CONTRACT!!! We called Russ and he never returned our call - talk about bait and switch! We returned the car and will NEVER do business with them again. HORRIBLE PLACE
I recently had a horrible experience at this location. I was trying to buy a used vehicle. Many things happened that sent up red flags, but I will only mention the two that irritated me the most. First of all we asked for a Carfax, instead we were given an Autocheck report, and were only given the first couple pages. That way they could say it was a one owner car. I have seen these reports before and know how they re... view moread. Also, we were trying to see what finance rate they would give us. The salesman would not give us the rate until we signed that we would buy the car!! We kept telling him it would only work out for the right price, and he said ""sure sign right here."" I am so glad we walked out of there!! I will NEVER go back, or reccomend them. Horrible Service!!

DO NOT BUY CARS HERE!!!!!
Landmark Dodge sold me a 2 yr old vehicle, stated it had never been in an accident or had any repairs and said it was so safe they would drive their family in it. Showed me a spotless Carfax report to verify this. Sold it and found out when I took the car to another dealership to get my sat. radio put in (it was not a Dodge or Chrysler vehicle) I found out the entire car had been rebulit- completely taken apart, no l... view moreonger had factory parts on it, was repainted and had been involved in a flood. Landmark Dodge fixed up the vehicle at their service center to keep everything under the radar and off any Carfax report. When I reported this to them, that I would like to come talk to them about this, I was told not to waste their time and just get a lawyer because they are going to sue me ?!?!? Since this has happened, everyone I have talked to in the auto business has stated they have a poor reputation and are notorious for doing things like this. They did this to me, even after having a conversation with them about how my family has bought our past 4 vehicles from their sister store in a different part of Georgia. Please take all of the negative reviews into account- this place is rip off central. I would expect this more from a used car only dealership, not one that has been in business for 28 years. Also check the BBB- they have several complaints!!!!!

DO NOT BUY CARS HERE
My husband had worked out a deal with salesperson Mike Wise for a 2008 Dodge Avenger. We live in Birmingham and were willing make the 4 hour drive to pick up the car. After everything was agreed on via e-mail, and numerous phone calls. The saleperson even called the morning we headed to Atlanta, halfway there... he called and said the car was sold. So much for a person standing behind an agreement.
When we called... view more to talk to the sales manager John Astore, he hung up on us. At this point I am just glad we did not buy a car from them. I they are this bad about service when you are wanting to spend almost 20k, can you imagine what they would be like if you have a problem.

Landmark gives the best deal to themselves
This past weekend, my spouse and I shopped Landmark for a used car. Our salesman, who admitted to being with the co. for about 10 years was rude at best. The car we were interested in was advertised on the internet, and I had to tell him what that price was, as he was insistent that the correct price was the sticker. After the test drive we went in to crunch numbers, but that never happened. They ran my credit ap... view morep, saw that I was approved, and prepared the vehicle to e sold. Not once did my spouse or I ever agree that we would be buying this car, especially since price had not been determined. When my spouse addressed the price, our salesman told us, "the price is what it is" and walked us into finance. Sam the finance manager finally discussed numbers with us, and what he gave us in no way, shape, or form, was Landmark`s est deal. He tried to stick me with a ridiculous interest rate, then when we questioned him, he tried to beat me up over my credit score, saying that was what I qualified for. He tried to sell me a warrenty and Gap coverage that totaled almost $3,500, clearly all profit for the back of the house due to an outrageous markup. With their outrageous interest rate, warrenty and gap charges, the amount financed would have been almost double the amount of the car. They estimated my monthly payment for a 5 year loan to be $360. We ended up walking, and the saleman help onto my license, never calling to let me know I had left it there. I went to Carmax the very next day, found the EXACT same model $1,000 cheaper, with a great interest rate, and a monthly note of $218, with warrenty and Gap coverage. THEY ARE GREEEDY LIARS!
