I purchased a 2005 BMW 525i from Hennessy. The customer service was excellent. The management was very professional. The process was was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than an hour. Hands down Hennessy of Southlake is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. First off no one knows nothing if you ask a question. They will say call Mazda HQ, when you do call Mazda HQ they tell you to talk to the dealership?ˆ¦.. One huge waste of time?ˆ¦. Visited their website and found the vehicle that seemed to be exactly what I wanted and couldn`t find on my side of town. Contacted Gerren who confirmed the vehicle was still there and he also gave me a ballpark appraisal of my trade. It was lower than what I expected and what KBB said but after explaining why, it made sense and when I went to CarMax in Roswell, it was confirmed since they were higher than them. Purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna...
Purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna with 67k miles on it from dealership. Still have temp tag on it. Went on a trip more than 3 hours from Atl and it broke down. Cost me nearly $900 to repair the fuel pump. I`ve never known a fuel pump to go out on a Toy that soon. Gave me the option to have it towed to them (at my expense) from 220 miles away and they would repair it and `only` charge me their cost or they would repair i... view moret for free if I purchased a $1,700 warranty. Neither of these were options to even be remotely considered. Did I mention they tried to give me the vehicle without fixing the grinding, squeaking brakes? The service dept ground down the rotars and put the same flimsy pads back on. I had to go back and spend another 3 hours at the dealership for them to fix it correctly. They are sweet as honey initially. Get a vehicle checked out before you buy!

Be very careful if you decide to buy a car from here!! We bought a 2008 Saturn VUE in September of 2011. The car is only 4 years old. The dealer is supposed to look the cars over really good and ensure that they are selling you a quality vehicle. After owning the car for 4 months, we have had to replace both strut mounts as well as repair a collapsed strut. These things don`t go bad in 4 months. $750 down the toilet.... view more In addition, when we went to have regular maintenance done, the air filter was caked in crud so bad that the person said the car had not been looked at by the dealer. Oh, and guess what? The filter isn`t available anywhere, but the dealer and you have to take out the glove box to get to it. Dealer said they won`t help with parts, labor, or even changing the filter for me for free for the trouble. They were the ones who got my $750 for the strut repairs. They obviously do not care about their customers. I know they are not obligated to do anything, BUT a good faith gesture or SOMETHING would have been nice. Buyers beware. If you have problems, they will laugh and say they can`t help you. They even suggest to trade it in.... WOW!!!
