I purchased a 2005 BMW 525i from Hennessy. The customer service was excellent. The management was very professional. The process was was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than an hour. I decline to buy the extended warranty but after 2 weeks, some white smoke begin to come from my tail pipe. I called Hennessy , spoke with Chris Moore and mike Johnson. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEALERSHIP, they have been awesome. Next year or sooner, we are trading in my wife 2005 ford expedition for a newer Yukon Denali and we will definitely be buying it from Hennessy gmc in morrow. We live in Buford ga but it was worth the drive.

Hands down Hennessy of Southlake is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. First off no one knows nothing if you ask a question. They will say call Mazda HQ, when you do call Mazda HQ they tell you to talk to the dealership?ˆ¦.. One huge waste of time?ˆ¦. Excellent! In and out in under an hour. This was the exact opposite of a previous attempt to buy a car for my son at another Mazda dealership. We agreed on the model, color, equipment and the price via email. When I arrived, the car was ready to go - the paperwork took less than 20 minutes.

Visited their website and found the vehicle that seemed to be exactly what I wanted and couldn`t find on my side of town. Contacted Gerren who confirmed the vehicle was still there and he also gave me a ballpark appraisal of my trade. It was lower than what I expected and what KBB said but after explaining why, it made sense and when I went to CarMax in Roswell, it was confirmed since they were higher than them. JB was friendly and was able to beat my credit union`s rate by a little to save me some money.....Paul was nice to us when we left and helped us move things from the trade while we waited for Gerren to finish with a customer from the day before...for a person new to his business, he seemed to be busy...he had another customer waiting for him after us.....We recommend and suggest you make the trip, it`s well worth it! Purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna with 67k miles on it from dealership. Still have temp tag on it. Went on a trip more than 3 hours from Atl and it broke down. Cost me nearly $900 to repair the fuel pump. I`ve never known a fuel pump to go out on a Toy that soon. Gave me the option to have it towed to them (at my expense) from 220 miles away and they would repair it and `only` charge me their cost or they would repair i... view moret for free if I purchased a $1,700 warranty. Neither of these were options to even be remotely considered. Did I mention they tried to give me the vehicle without fixing the grinding, squeaking brakes? The service dept ground down the rotars and put the same flimsy pads back on. I had to go back and spend another 3 hours at the dealership for them to fix it correctly. They are sweet as honey initially. Get a vehicle checked out before you buy!

Be very careful if you decide to buy a car from here!! We bought a 2008 Saturn VUE in September of 2011. The car is only 4 years old. The dealer is supposed to look the cars over really good and ensure that they are selling you a quality vehicle. After owning the car for 4 months, we have had to replace both strut mounts as well as repair a collapsed strut. These things don`t go bad in 4 months. $750 down the toilet.... view more In addition, when we went to have regular maintenance done, the air filter was caked in crud so bad that the person said the car had not been looked at by the dealer. Oh, and guess what? The filter isn`t available anywhere, but the dealer and you have to take out the glove box to get to it. Dealer said they won`t help with parts, labor, or even changing the filter for me for free for the trouble. They were the ones who got my $750 for the strut repairs. They obviously do not care about their customers. I know they are not obligated to do anything, BUT a good faith gesture or SOMETHING would have been nice. Buyers beware. If you have problems, they will laugh and say they can`t help you. They even suggest to trade it in.... WOW!!!
