I don`t give 5 stars to anybody, but Cabena`s earned it. I took my `05 TL to them based on a recommendation. My TL is my "baby" and has never been wrecked and never wrenched on. In fact, had never been towed until a recent incident. They had to do some major surgery - and it was like they never lifted the hood when I got it back. They MORE than lifted the hood. Take your car here. I`m not sure if they even look at non-Japanese cars, but they`d do a great job. Cabena`s is a family-run business and is honest, trustworthy, and fairly priced. For a small operation, they still provide shuttle service and a small waiting room with light snacks, TV, and wi-fi. Discounts, coupons, and promotions are not rare either. These people place customer satisfaction as a top priority!

I`ve taken my car here twice and will continue to take it whenever I have repairs. I trust Chuck. That should be their slogan. I feel like I am in good hands when I go here. Cabena`s is THE place to go when you have car troubles.

If I told my best friend about this place, I`d say: Don`t go ANYWHERE else but Cabena`s. Chuck and Nick are so friendly and knowledgeable they are willing to take the time to answer all of your questions thoroughly and respectfully. I feel like because I am a woman, most repair shops will try to take advantage of me because I don`t know what I am talking about, but not at Cabena`s. I`ve been using Cabena`s for both my Nissan and Infiniti since they have been out of warranty and they do excellent work. They don`t use pressure or scare tactics to upsell anything. They do the work you request and let you know when something should be considered. Their pricing is fair and they complete the work in the timeframe they quote. Did you hear the one about the guy that paid several hundred dollars at an auto repair shop and drove away with a smile on his face? Well it?ˆ™s no joke! It?ˆ™s true. There was always something that just wasn?ˆ™t right. From the parts that were used to the long list of things they said I ?ˆ?had?ˆ? to get done for my car to work. I was frustrated. I know parts aren?ˆ™t cheap and a labor charge is worthy of a good technician so if you have to spend your money why not be satisfied when you do. Cabena`s is the first and last place you will want to take your car for service. Discovering the team at Cabena`s Auto Care for my car needs over the past 3 years has been such a blessing. Sounds kind of funny saying it, but after working with them and experiencing honest, knowledgeable and dependable people that truly care about you and your car, I`d be willing to bet that you will feel the same way too. Cabena`s consistently saves me...

Cabena`s consistently saves me time and money by getting to my car fast when it needs fixing, going the extra mile to figure out what is the real problem (instead of doing like the other guys and finding the most expensive possible fix and experimenting with my money on the line), and giving me competitive pricing options! I have learned the hard way and will never bring my car to another auto care center again!
