THIS PLACE RIPS YOU OFF&LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE

Owner of an VW and was searching for a good reliable honest VW repair shop. Glad I realized they will rip you off before I got involved with a costly repair. Bought some supplies for my VW only to find out the next day that the price for the supplies was double the price I could of gotten from a VW dealer. I feel they take advantage of their location. They are the only "certified" VW repair shop for miles and if ... view morethey took advantage on the price of parts, not sure what else they might "miss-charge" for. On top of that, their front-desk woman had horrible customer service. She does not act like she is there to help customer`s with their cars. All I asked for was a return, and in the process of getting my return, I also got grumbles, slamming of cabinets, and shuffling of papers, as she searched for the directions to process a return. Needless to say that was all I needed to see to realize they will not be getting any of business ever again!
