Mean with Integrity and a High Level of Professionalism

These guys are fabulous mechanics!

As the owner of numerous VW vehicles, I was absolutely thrilled to discover Lewis Motorwerks, a independent shop which is operated honestly and efficiently by a family of wonderful guys who really KNOW these vehicles. Phil runs the front office and does a lot of the small repairs himself, while Nick concentrates on the heavy jobs back in the service area. Absolutely the Best.

I was tired of paying dealer prices and listening to ?ˆ?service writers?ˆ? relay what a parts replacer, (mechanic) stated the problem was. I looked around and found Lewis Moterwerks in Decatur. Honest, good, budget concious

I`ve been going to Nick and Phil Lewis for over seven years. I`ve tried others and always come back. They are honest and transparent. They find the problem and take care of it without doing more than necessary. They understand the need for responsible repair jobs but also the reality of a limited budget, and use good after-market or used parts when appropriate to save you money.
