Beware. I have tried to use them twice. The first time I had them pick up a riding mower that had stopped working. They told me 7-10 days. After three weeks had passed and they still couldn`t tell me what was wrong with the mower or when and if they would fix it, I had them bring it back to me. The second time I took in a less than year old push mower because it had stopped running. Again was told 7 to 10 days.... view more It`s now been a month and they still have it and every time I call seem to have no clue when it will be ready. The lady that answers the phone is most always rude. Anybody else who answers just gives you the runaround. (i.e. One time the guy who works on the mower had been out sick. The next time the guy who works on the mower is also the delivery driver.) They always say they will call you back, but they never do. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Horrible customer service and I will never make the mistake of trying them for a third time.
