DO NOT TRUST!

went for diagnostic...got quoted a price over phone by Russell Axom, then got there and price was different...and Russell was nowhere to be found...his subordinate was used as a "middle man" instead of Russell speaking to me ...called corporate...still waiting on a call back...These people are con artists and will tell u anything to get the "job"! Bad, Bad, Bad!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! To make a really long story short, I just have to say, DO NOT GO HERE!! The owner of this shop, Charles/Charlie is shady as hell, does not do honest work, is immature, and as most mechanics, is just out for your money! Once you pay him, he will do the work, but when you come back with problems (he probably created) he doesnt want to know you. He turns from that "caring" mechanic that says... view more, we will take good care of your car to "Ill fix it if you pay me the labor again". He was extremely unprofessional when I brought my car back to him with a problem that didnt start until he got his hands on it. He got defensive right off the bat, and went so far as to call me names! I stupidly trusted Charles to rebuild my transmission, and it was such a huge mistake to do business with him! I paid him for brand new parts, and then two other mechanics says there are markings on the parts that only come from a junkyard!! What else can I say....but IF YOU WANT HONEST SERVICE, THIS WILL NOT BE THE PLACE!!!
