Used this location because of Geico s lifetime repair warranty and convenience. My front passenger door and pillar were damaged. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that they had spilled something on the hood and on some black trim along the windshield. They wiped it down but to this day water does not bead up like the rest of the hood and the trim is discolored. They also over sprayed primer on the rocker panel... view more. I have returned it twice. The first time was because the door won t seal out wind noise, the paint was beginning to peel, and the fender wells were coming apart. The second time was for wind noise that still has not been fixed. Today, I go back because the trim is coming off of the door.

Freindly and very Competent Operation, the Geico guy met me at the repair shop; my repair was less than the deductable, however, after searching reviews and visiting several other repairs places I stayed with Viverettes`s Paint and Body Shop. The work was fast, welll done and no need for a comeback. I could have gone anywhere; I paid the whole bill myself and it was worth the money. Viverette?ˆ™s is a well staffed professional business that I would recommend to anyone involved in an auto accident or just wanting to update the look of their vehicle. I was always treated well & taken back into the work area to see the progress every time I dropped in unexpected. Even after telling the lady in the office over and over again that it is more important to find out why the car is making noises and the tempter gage keeps going to Hot then it is to fix the damage to the out side of the car, they still never did anything under the hood, they just did the body work. When we went to pick it up, my daughter and I asked the lady in the office several time about the noise the car wa... view mores making and the tempter gage, she said they didn?ˆ™t hear anything and that they warranty their work. I told her the car was going to brake down on us. Again she repeated herself that they warranty their work. I told her that was great, but she wasn?ˆ™t going to be in a car that was going to brake down. Of course, the car broke down a few minutes after we left. The car was still really noisy and the Thermostat went to HOT. How can they not hear the noise???? They towed it back, filled up the radiator with fluids and then gave it back to us again and said they didn?ˆ™t hear any noise. Again I drove it away to have it do the same. This time, I drove it straight to another mechanic, John?ˆ™s Park Street Automotive Repair and had the owner, John Fahey, look at it. Soon as he walked to the car, before even getting in it, he said he could smell something. He popped the hood and both of us saw green fluid leaking from the hose to the radiator. Then he drove the car. Before getting reaching 10 miles per hour he said, ?ˆ?It sounds like your tires are square.?ˆ? He put the on the racks and we both looked at the tires. Both front tires were new, but they both had one spot on them where they were bold from my daughter slamming on her brakes to try and avoid being hit in the accident she was in. Her tires were round every where but where she slid was flat. That is why they felt and sounded square. After fixing the hose and changing the tires, the car was fine. Guess what, the noise was gone. This Mechanic, John Fahey, from John?ˆ™s Park Street Automotive Repair, found out what was wrong in a few minutes, and then fixed the problem. He also proved to the Insurance Adjuster that the tires were damaged because of the wreck, which I could not do. Thanks to John Fahey, from John?ˆ™s Park Street Automotive Repair, my daughter didn?ˆ™t have to pay for the tires out of her pocket and her car is finally fixed.
