I have had excellent service on numerous occasions with Lou Webber and his staff. They haven`t tried to "up sell" or fix things that didn`t need to be fixed. Repairs were timely and cost effective. I will continue to drive cross town for Lou`s service!

The cocky, arrogant guy behind...

The cocky, arrogant guy behind the counter is just plain rude. I was looking for a NAPA Auto Care Center, this was the closest one. I did not check the hours of operation before walking in at 5:15 pm (my bad). I asked the man about an oil change. He looked at me like I was crazy and said with a sarcastic tone in his voice, ?ˆ?we?ˆ™re closin up in 10 minutes. I?ˆ™ve been here since 7 this mornin.?ˆ™ WOW! Would someone offer ... view morethis guy some customer service classes? Because guess what? Lou Webber is not the only NAPA Auto Care Center in Jax and I don?ˆ™t mind driving a little further.
