DO NOT go to this place to get a vehicle! They will rip you off, and tell you things that are not true. They will also yell, and call you names when trying to find out why you have extra charges on your account. This "new" finance place Financial General they use is a complete JOKE! Rude employees, and will refuse payments when you try to make them. My sister in-law got a truck from them on the 25th of May.... view more She gave them an 1100.00 down payment with the understanding that she gets paid every 2 weeks. Well they repossessed her truck last night June 9th because she missed 2 payments and was 100.00 short on her down payment. When asked why there was an additional 100.00 they couldn`t tell her, because Financial General doesn`t have her paperwork yet. Well they refused payment from her debit card for the 200.00 (100.00 extra and 2 weeks payments) and came and picked up her truck last night. They are also charging her for a new tag. She turned her paperwork in for the transfer of her old one, and they claim its "company policy" to charge this flat rate for a tag even if you have your own tag. So if you don`t want to get ripped off or jerked around, find another car lot to do business with!

Freaking Joke!!!!

This place is a freaking Joke!!! It is run by a bunch of lying scam artists! They make a ton of promises and dont follow through with any of them. They give a bad name and rep to the legit car salesman out there.
