Do not patronage this used car...

Do not patronage this used car establishment EVER! I`ve had two separate business dealings with this establishment BOTH were horrible. The first bad experience was many years ago, I was sold a total wreck of a car...so much so that shortly after purchase of the car I had to have what I thought was minor work done to the car ..... brought it to a well known dealership and that service manager explained that the ... view morecar was so unsafe for me to drive, that legally he could not let me drive it off the property! Okay....pooh pooh on me should of done my homework on the car I bought. The warranty was up so I couldn`t even go back to Ricciardi to hold them liable. I was young and foolish. Moving on...water under bridge...just recently....I call Ricciardi thinking maybe their practices have changed. I phoned them on behalf of a church that is looking to have a minivan donated to them in order to help a family in need. I was coldly and rudely told by a sales manager that Ricciardi is a one man operation and that if he donated a vehicle he would put himself out of business. I am not upset that Ricciardi didn`t donate a vehicle...that`s NOT the issue. The issue is how rude the gentleman was about the whole situation.....&quot;put him out of business&quot; .... I hardly think so. Ricciardi boasts "Family owned and operated since 1968"; They are not going out of business any time soon (unfortunately). Stay away from Ricciardi Auto Sales is what I will tell any one who will listen!
