Please report this consumer to the COLORADO MOTOR VEHICLE BOARD. I gave Top Notch Motors $4700.00 for a car that I could not even drive for 1 hour. The company put something in it to keep it from smoking and when I went to pick up the car 2 hours later it smoked so bad that I could not see the cars behind me. TOP NOTCH IS THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX MY AC LINE BEFORE I EVEN SIGNED WITH THEM NEVER CALLED ONCE I SHOWED UP 3 TIMES ALWAYS HAD A EXCUSE ABOUT IT LAST MONDAY CAME INTO TOWN AND THE CAR STOPED ON ME NOTHING WORKED. VERY UN HAPPY! SEEKING ATTORNEY AS LUKE IS NOT ANSWERING OUR CALLS REGARDING THE LEMON HE SOLD MY HUSBAND! HE IS NOT WILLING TO GIVE MY HUSBAND THE TRUCK AND CASH WE USED TO GET HIS LEMON, NOR IS HE RETURNING CALLS TO TRY TO REMEDY THE SITUATION WITH OUR LOCAL MECHANIC. They were shady then and they are worse now. Tried to drive the lemon home and it ran for 1.25 hrs and started spewing oil and smoking. Crawled the rest of the way home and it`s been sitting ever since! Made several attempts to contact him regarding this lemon and he is not ignoring our phone calls and not returning our messages. PLEASE STEER CLEAR FROM HIS TWO LOTS - SANTA FE AVE AND LAKE/NORTHERN IN PUEBLO CO. It sounded like a good deal, meet the down payment - no credit needed - buy here, pay here...BUT IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!! NO STARS!
