The worst custumer service you...

The worst custumer service you will ever get at a dealership. I could write for an hour on our experience but I`ll leave that to my wife. Just do us a favor and go anywhere else. They will yell at you on the phone and hang up on you, like a bunch of children and the lies won`t end. I wish my wife and I would have read the other reviews before purchasing. Just save yourself the misery.

BAD BUSINESS

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in May. Our first experience with the dealer was OK. Three months after the purchase we decided to go with a different car and trade the original vehicle to another dealer. We purchased a warranty through the company that was for a substantial amount. After trading the vehicle we were informed by finance at the other dealer it was refundable at a prorated amount. ... view moreWhen we contacted the dealer regarding a refund they refused to comply with the contract that we signed and hung up on my husband. We then went down to the dealership where we spoke with every manager who claimed a refund could not be made. After leaving the dealership we contacted the Lender who then told us that under contract with this dealer they are bound to refund warranties at any time for any reason. We would not recommend this dealer to anyone for any reason!

RIPPED OFF!!!

MISREPRESENTATION! MY ELDERLY PARENTS PURCHASED A TRUCK &amp; THE FINANCE MANAGER LIED ABOUT THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT TELLING THEM THAT IF THEY TOOK A HIGHER PAYMENT THEY WOULD HAVE IT PAID IN 4 YEARS, BUT THE TERMS TURNED OUT TO BE FOR 6+ YEARS!!
