While renting some Uhaul equip...

While renting some Uhaul equipment, I was asked to provide a credit card for a deposit, saying that I actually pay when I bring the equipment back. 2 hours later, when I was returning the equipment, the owner informs me that they will not accept cash. I explained that I had never intended to pay with that card, and expressed as much at time of rental. At this time the owner turns extremely rude, tells me to "... view moreget more money on the card" and since I "don`t know Mr. Joe Uhaul", my protest could go somewhere else. Basically, the company owner has no class, is arrogant, and judging by mine and other`s experiences, his company lacks any semblance of customer service. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! There are plenty of better Uhaul dealers around the area. When I inevitably see the lot up for rent, our community will have gotten measurably better.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

I recommend that you go elsewhere if you would like to have your car worked on. I had my timing belt replaced at this establishment and about eight months later my car started having engine problems, I wasn`t sure why, so I took it back to the mechanic and they told me that one of my cylinders was no longer holding compression. (I later found out from someone else that none of the cylinders had any compression, they ... view moresaid that the timing belt was probably installed wrong, but we could never prove this) So not knowing what I should do since a new engine would cost me around 2500 I left my vehicle on the property with their consent, the owner said that my vehicle is not worth more than $100 with a bad engine, he tried to rip me off just because I was a girl, I ended up selling my vehicle (with the bad engine) for $1200. This establishment is very dishonest and you should not trust your money or vehicle with this business. I stayed in constant communication with the owner of this establishment while my car was sitting on their lot. After a few weeks I was told that in order to get possession of my vehicle I needed to pay them $200 or they would have the legal right to keep my car. To keep the situation clean I paid them $200 and later found that they had gone in my vehicle without my consent and disable my security system by unhooking my battery. They had no permission from me or anyone else associated with my vehicle to break and enter. Beware!! They will scam you!
