The customer service at this dealership is the worst I`ve ever experinced at a reputable business. The prices on the cars look great, but when you see the cars in person they are absolutely horrible (you get what you pay for) and complete junk! They are so shady about the customer looking into the previous history on the vehicle, they won`t even give you a car fax (what reputable dealer doesn`t give a car fax!), than... view morek god I did not make a purchase! I feel horrible for the other customers that actually bought cars from this joke of a dealership. Stay away don`t waste your time even looking at a car, because trust me their good at making their vehicles look good on their website. In person these cars are truly junk.

I was a first time buyer , and bought a Ford Five Hundred for myself and a SAAB 93 for my wife from this Dealer. For the test drive, it was really good, and they didn`t even push me. The Sales Person just told me about the car and the problem with it`s light. The Next Day i took the cars to Mechanic, in which he said they`re in pretty good shape. STAY FAR AWAY! I have never seen such a poor dealership before. These people are some of the biggest liars and scammers I have seen. There was a problem with a sensor on a car I bought from them which was causing the check engine light to come on. They promised to repair the sensor and when I came back and bought the car the engine light was off, so I believed them and thought the sensor was fixed. Ten minutes into m... view morey drive home the check engine light came on again. I diagnostic showed that same sensor to be causing the check engine light to come on. All ABC Auto did was reset the it so I wouldn`t see the check engine light when I bought it. Wow! The car then failed the emissions test and I took the car to them since it is illegal for dealerships to sell a car that fails emissions and not fix the problem. I also spoke to them about the sensor issue since it being fixed was a condition of me buying the car. One person told me they did it and then the owner said they don`t do that. When I looked under the hood they just used some regular tape for the hose that was connected to the sensor. I couldn`t believe this. Then they acted like they weren`t going to fix it since they already had to pay money to fix the car for it to pass emissions. They were acting like it was my fault it didn`t pass emissions and I was asking them to pay all this money to fix the problem. Then they had "their guy" do the retest on the emissions after the problem was "fixed" and magically it passed. I then took the car directly to another body shop and was informed it was still failing because of the sensor. I just couldn`t believe they blatantly lied to me saying they fixed something when they know they didn`t, and then implied I was asking for so much to have them fix the problem so it would pass emissions which is the law. I would never ever go here again and would never recommend anyone else here. The company is a complete scam. I went to the location in Lakewood, however the location is Denver is run by the same person.

This place was absolutely horrible and I would never, EVER recommend going there to buy a car. The first salesman was very friendly and "honest," saying the car was in good shape. He promised that if I wanted to take it to a mechanic, to please have it back in two hours. The first salesman caught me on the way out and told me to take the car to the mechanic anyways; he would honor his promise. The Jeep was COMPLETELY corroded and rusted on the WHOLE undercarriage; my mechanic said he was shocked; he couldn`t BELIEVE that a reputable auto sales dealership would even THINK of selling this car, as it was a safety hazard and shouldn`t be driven even down the street. No wonder the owner was trying to get me off of his lot so badly. I will never step foot on their lot again and I would highly recommend no one else does either. A HORRIBLE auto dealership; Abc Auto Sales shouldn`t be allowed to be a business.

I bought a volvo CX90 and I absolutely love it. The customer service was excellent, they were very helpful and my car runs great! I recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle. P.S. they even picked me up from the airport.

A Month ago I got a car from this place, the salesman told me it was in good condition, I live in Colorado Springs, the soon I took I-25 (6 blocks away from the dealer) the car brooked down, with motor problems, leaking, smoking... repairs???? This place is TERRIBLE! Don`t give them your business. Salesman is a corrupt liar, he told me the car I was buying was in great shape, but it had nearly $2000 repairs needed to be done. DON`T GO TO ABC AUTO SALES.
