They curse at you when things don`t go their way

I was trying to work an internet deal and after 2 days of no response on a vehicle we were interested in, I called and found out the salesman had the day off but never bothered to return my call. After only two phone calls to retrieve information for the loan, the deal they wrote up was unsatisfactory. The usual dealership game. The guy only called us twice and the first phone call was only to tell us the vehicle we were interested was still available. So that is hardly doing much work at all. Isn`t that what he is supposed to be paid for anyway? To make deals and work for the customer?!?! Will never refer anyone to them for anything whatsoever.
