really poor customer service

I had to take my car in twice because they didn`t align it correctly the first time.. I took my car in the next day after and complained that I still felt a pull. The manager first berated me and accused me of hitting another curb in that 24 hour time period. He still fixed the problem but made me embarrassed as a customer. I will not go here again because the manager was very unprofessional.
