I called CA Autos on a 2005 Acura MDX that was very competetively priced and the professional way they handeled the phone conversation along with the price encouraged me to book a ticket for the following day so I would go buy it from CA. They picked me up at the Airport and when I arrived, it was an all professional painless process and the vehicle was as described.

When most people think of car dealerships, they assume sleaziness. However, California Autos Group in Costa Mesa is one of the most understanding dealers my family and I have ever been to. We had put down a deposit on a car for my dad and a few weeks later, my dad unfortunately lost his job. By this time, there was no way we would be able to afford to pay off and keep the car. Keep in mind, by law, it?ˆ™s a deposit so they didn?ˆ™t have to give us back anything, or even at most if they were nice..MAYBE HALF, but no, they were INCREDIBLY UNDERSTANDING to our situation and gave us back the entire deposit!! We sincerely appreciated their kindness and would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND their company to anyone who is searching for a car.
