Very friendly and seem to care about doing things correctly. I tried place in Sana Rosa thinking would be cheaper but it wasn`t and they didn`t fix the problem. I`m happy with their shop

They aren`t the cheapest, but they are the best, in my experience. And they are always busy. That should tell you something. Another shop wanted to charge me $1,400 to replace my A/C, but they just didn`t know how to charge the system on a VW. Cost me $150 at Tom`s. I do a lot myself, but for the things I can`t do, I trust TAD.

I use to think they were a great company, until I started getting quotes else where. I realize being a small business in a small town they have to mark up prices some what to stay alive. I just got a quote that was more then double then other mechanics in lake county. I started looking back past invoice`s from Tom`s and I realized that they did more then a 50% mark up on the price of parts for my vehichel. They ... view morehave also in the past charged me to do work, to only find out that the problem they fixed wasn`t the problem at all, it was something else. So before you have them do the work, get a second opinion in my case it saved me $370 just for one job.
