After an experience with Perfect Collision Center that redefined poor costumer service, I took my car to Matrix Collision Repair and I could not have been happier I did. I worked with Aida Sacapano who was friendly and helpful. I was involved in an accident and was getting the run around by my insurance company and Matrix was very understanding and flexible.

best experience ever.....i been involve in an accident 3 times last year.i can say i`m not a bad driver but,i got heat 3 times and in none of the accidents i was @ fault ...any time i took my car there they treat me like i`m in my own business.... lovely people ,professional,caring and i have to say the cleanest body shop i have ever seen in my entire life..... the last time car had more than six thousand dollar dama... view morege and was done in less than 3 weeks..amazing job u cant even recognize the car was involve in an accident ....very happy with my car and thanks matrix

I had to bring my car into Matrix after being rear ended in an accident. When my car was returned to me - my flashers were broken. This was unrelated to the accident. I was sent home at rush hour traffic without being able to signal (they told me to come the next day because they were closing and there was nothing they could do). The people who work there would not say why the flashers were broken - all they would ke... view moreep telling me that they only worked on the back of the car - but would not own up to the fact that my car was returned to me with other damage!! I KNOW my flashers were working when I brought it in - I was rear-ended in the back not the front - I am totally aware of that. But NO ONE would explain why they stopped working while the car was in their hands. It was extremely frustrating!!

No one there seems to call you with any updates to your car. I am stranded with no car and they don`t have the decency to call you. Every time I called it seemed like they were first ordering the part that day. I felt that if i didn`t call and annoy them, my car would be sitting there for months, forgotten. The manager of the store is very cocky and rude -and none of his employees seem to be on the same page about anything. They act like they are doing ME a favor by fixing my car when ""coincidentally"" the flashers broke when my car was in their possession. Though the back of my car was repaired beautifully, and they cleaned the inside of my car, I do not trust these people when it comes to honesty and integrity.
