This was my first time at solar tint factory and it was amazing!!, not only did I received Outstanding service, but Frank and his team made me feel like I was a long time customer, I bought my scion xb in to get a vinyl mask done, and Frank and his team did an amazing job!!!, Frank pays very close attention to detail and treats his customers like family, I recommend solar tint factory to any one :))))

I was referred to Tint Factory by a friend, who has been a long-time customer. I have heard nothing but good things about this company, their employees, and their skills, so I thought I`d check them out myself. Brought my wife`s car in last year (Honda CRV), to keep the sun off the kid`s and they did a great job. They paid attention to some details relating to a window sticker that my wife had on her car that made her very happy. A year later, I decided to tint my `09 MB E350. I called and we traded voice mails once or twice and finally made an appointment for noon on Saturday. I came in, picked out the material (3M Color Stable), and they quoted $300 for 5 windows, same price I paid the year before. I came back a couple of hours later, it was done, and has dried and cured beautifully!

These guys do a lot of high-end cars, I saw a very tricked out 911 Turbo the first time I was in, and a Porsche Panamera the last time. But the guys are very laid back, and extremely friendly and welcoming, with the same great service whether I brought in the Honda or the Mercedes.

Just wanted to thank the Tint Factory for a great job and great customer service. They removed old bad tint I had in my home from the previous owner and installed a 3M Prestige film which just looks amazing and keeps our home feeling great all the time. These guys did a really professional job on my window tinting. I had them do 10 or so large windows in my living room that were hit with sun in the afternoon. It makes a huge differnce in the comfort level in there! I can`t believe it. I would recommend them.

After reading all these great reviews, I just called today at 4.40 PM and spoke with the owner about getting a tint on my new Honda FIT. It?ˆ™s not an expensive car, but it is an important car for me that I will drive all over for many years. He was gruff on the phone, placed me on a 3+ minute hold without warning and without picking up to apologize or ask if he could call me back. When he came back on, he belittled... view more my car, when I asked about putting on a better or more expensive film on than his suggested FX-HP which has metal in it that can interfere with the cars electronic equipment. He said, ?ˆ?I give you the 3M Ceramic, but on that car?ˆ¦why would you want to spend that money.?ˆ? I asked him then if the FX-HP will interfere with my electronics and his response: ?ˆ?I don?ˆ™t know?ˆ¦?ˆ?

Experience in life teaches you that if someone treats you like that before you come in the front door, when you leave after the sale, if you have a problem, you will be like someone on a small boat drifting out at sea without a paddle.

Which now leads me next to question of all the great reviews they have?ˆ”other tint installers that have been in business for many years have maybe 5 to 10 reviews on the average?ˆ”not almost 30?ˆ”and most are ?ˆ?5 stars.?ˆ? Something is suspicious here folks.
