Super service and friendly staff. Have had numerous interactions with both sales and service departments. The last car buying experience was again just wonderful. They even provide a concierge ""get to know your vehicle"" tutorial, that goes the extra distance to acquaint you with all the features of your vehicle. GREAT! By FAR the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I`ve ever had. I was always expecting something to go wrong at every step, like it usually does in the car buying process. No extra floormats, no con jobs on the financing, even a soft sell on the extended warranties.

Everyone in the showroom and service

Everyone in the showroom and service are extremely friendly and professional. Great experience. Oh, and when we we shopping around, they were very low pressure.

Loyal Customer

I have been a customer of this family owned and operated Los Gatos dealership since 1980. I have purchased many cars over the years, both new and used. I have had all of my personal vehicles, as well as other family members vehicles, serviced at Moore as well. We wouldn`t trust our cars to anyone else.

Great Customer Service!

This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with! I bought my car there and was a bit concerned since it was a rental return. I have never bought a car like that and thought the worst. From the time I showed up at the dealership, I received great customer service.
