Recently my son bought a chassis from Chris Alston`s Chassisworks, in the process, half of his shipment was lost. Unknown to us. Chris Alston`s staff jumped right on the issue to work with UPS on my son`s behalf to find his lost parts.
On October 2,2008 I had confirmation from UPS that they accept full responsibility of my son`s lost shipment and they are doing everything in their power to find his lost parts.... view more
