Best Auto Repair Around

I had a small repair. Normally, you would expect to be treated based on the size of the repair....not here. The owner was attentive, engaged and worked through some issues that came up during the repair and did not raise the price...which is not what you see these days. I will be back and you should too.

Very pleased

I have had very good initial experiences with Svesssons auto repair. They assessed my needs without adding anything unnecessary. Larry tried every which way to avoid an expensive part for my Saab. The staff appear to be mechanically good as well as trustworthy. The prices are reasonable, lower than other shops I checked out prior to Svenssons. Wonderful!

My husband and I have been having some troubles with our Saab for the past few years. Since Saab has stopped production, it was tough finding a place that services Saabs. They had the best auto service I`ve ever had! The gentleman that helped me was very kind, thorough, and a joy to be around. They also did excellent repairing and had reasonable pricing!

Excellent Automotive shop

Larry and Jeff at Svenssons have been working on 4 of our Volvos for the past 14 years and have always gone the extra mile to do a terrific job. They rebuilt our transmission when a dealer`s shop had mis-installed it after a new engine had been put in the car. Svenssons is exceptionally honest, very friendly, extremely professional, and very very reasonable. In all my life, I have never found a automotive facility where I am thrilled to take my car to for repairs. I`m always confident that they they will understand my problem and that they will know the exact solution. It doesn`t matter which car I take to them, they always know how to fix it. In the past I had given up on an Acura Legend and a BMW 318i because I couldn`t find a repair shop who could work on them without being taken for an arm & a leg. I wish I had known about Svensson when I had these cars. I`d still be driving them now. I am so happy with Svenssons that I would refer anyone to them.

Great Service - Great Work

My car was hit in a parking lot and this was the first time I needed auto body work done. John was very helpful - from calling the rental car company to come pick me to dealing with CSAAA for direct payment. Their estimate came in right on target. The work is great - my front bumper, grill and hood had to be replaced. The Highlander looks brand new from the front. Perfect repair plus

Did a fantastic repair and paint of my BMW. Car looks new again. When I came to pick it up (ready and ontime as promised) it was washed and detailed. Looked spiffy again. And the cost was very fair and reasonable. Can`t ask for a better job. Thank you John.

Great Customer Service

This place is great. The service is what I expect from professionals who enjoy their work. They were very helpful, not condescending, like you know where in Concord. Very knowledgeable and we`re willing to explain issues and future issues in terms anyone could understand. And most of all, they took care of my car like if it was their own..very honest people. Larry is the best!!!!!

GREAT AUTO BODY WORK

John did a great job on the rear bumper of my Highlander. He stayed very close to the estimate; did additional painting without charge; and offered to give a good price to the person we ran into! Easy access just off the Pleasant Hill (South) exit from Hwy 24 in Lafayette, CA.
