This is gotta be the worset place to service your car,you can never get a hold of your service rep,they will tell you that they will call you with a service report but good luck with that...I had to call them all the time,they had kept my car over there for over 3 days while they had to get parts from another state???when the car was finaly ready i arrive to find out that the made it worst by not reparind the actual ... view moreproblem I was promised that i will get a call from a service manager to work it out but no one ever called me,Just bad bad bad,I had the ""pleasure"" of dealing with a guy name ""Chip"" this guy looked me in eye and told me that they will take car of it and no one ever botherd calling me,I will file a complaint with the BBB but you should be very cerfull servicing your car.

Sad and desperate

I went to this dealer looking to test drive a used Murano. I was greeted by a nice salesman (named Bijan?). He gave me the info I was looking for and I changed my mind about going for a test drive. Here`s when he called for backup from the management who is a real jerk. I had to deal with 3 other sales guys telling me "You don`t know what you want, but I do." Excuse me? Pretty Good Dealership, so-so price

I made a mistake; I went to a dealer without working with the Internet Fleet sales manager first. If you go through the web, you are presumed smart enough to get less of the bum rush, but if you just walk in, you`ll get the routine. Nothing bad, really, good saleman, very nice guy, buy they did do the ""call the manager in for reinforcement"" when I wanted to leave bit. Annoying and pointless. I know it works on the ... view morerubes, but all I want are numbers: How much? How long term? Interest rate? The rest is academic. Use the internet and save yourself the jive.
