The people that answered the phone were so nice, and really seemed to care about my problems. When I went down to get my car, they were just as nice. Howard Sommers is one of the finest Towing Operations I have seen , They are always staffed with the most friendly employees you will ever meet! They go out of the way to be on time to pick up you car, and take great care of my vehicle. Now you do have to understand they are a Official Police Garage In Los Angeles, and as such they are called out to pick and impound cars for the LAPD, Then people show up at HST and w... view moreant their car back with no idetification, no money to pay the pick up fee, Wanting their possession out from the car with out a release.
I nave never had a bad experience with Howard Sommers Towing but I am the one who calls and sets up a appointment to get my car taken to a shop for repair, Not someone leaves their car blocking an ALLEY way. So I have no reason to ever get upset . Usually its the oposit and when I go to the office to pay for my to, If i get lucky and they are having a celebration for one of the many awards they have won . I usually get asked to join them in the party, eat , mingle. just like family,
I think this Company is a Shining example of how to start a family business and stick to what you believe in and still make it with Family values. We should aspire to be so good!

Not Trustworthy and Incompetent

They damaged my car as a result of wrong info given by another idiot. They did not even want to see the damage on my car. They sent me a bogus picture claiming that it was my car alleging that the damage had already been there. The ridiculous part is that the damage to my car was not remotely close to what they had displayed in the photo. This is a completely corrupted company.
