After shoping around other transmission shops, I finally got to meet Al at Chatsworth Transmission, i spoke with him over the phone first, told him of my issue with my 2005 BMW and he had explained to me what needs to be done to the car, price wise he was reasonable, his customer service was amazing. I had explained to Al that this is the only car that i have and had asked him to give my car all the attention needed.... view more Al had promissed me that if i leave the Car with him on Thursday it will be ready on Friday. I called him on Friday afternoon and my car was ready as promissed. Chatsworth Transmission is a rip off, took my Honda Odyssey. He did a slip shot job really does not replace any parts but charges you for it and hopes it works. After this guy Al did my transmission when ever I took my car for service the diagnostic computer tests would always show that something was wrong with my transmission and when I called Al and informed him of this issue he would say I have to reset the comput... view moreer on my transmission. Eventually after a few weeks my transmission broke again. If you value your hard earned money please do not trust this place. I do not want anyone else going to this place ever and getting ripped off. When you take your car back he would state that all the hoists are full, so you have to rent a car and pay for it, it adds up the cost. However, it does not matter the cost if he does a good job. But he rips you off. You are under his Mercy. Please do not trust this guy.

i was referred to AL from Chatsworth Transmission by my friend. he did a clutch on my 2005 bmw abouth a month ago, the price was good and car still drives like new car.... THANKS GUYS

THEY FIXED MY 2002 LEXUS IN 2 DAYS ONLY. IT WAS HARD WITH OUT CAR EVEN FOR 2 DAYS. THEY DID THIRE BEST FIX MY CAR FAST. I DOVE MY CAR OVER 7,OOO K AND RUN LIKE NEW

Honda Accord

I paid them 900 dollars to rebuild my transmission. It worked w ell when they finished. I took of for ventura and when I came home the car wouldnt start. The battery was new and I had not had electrical problems previously.. I return the car to him to fix the problem. He stalled me arounnd for 2 months.
